Synopsis
This value-packed six-DVD set, that is printed on foil stock with embossing, includes ferocious big cats, terrifying sharks and supersize crocs! This is as close as you will get to some of nature's most awesome predators. Experience life in the wild as they do, and as only Nature can capture them.

Disc 1: Sharks - The truth about sharks is more compelling than any Hollywood fiction. The Secret World of Sharks and Rays goes beneath the surface to probe the secret world of these mysterious and misunderstood creatures. White Shark/Red Triangle visits the coastal area between San Francisco and Monterey, where great white sharks practice their killing skills.

Disc 2: Sharks and Crocs - Join crocodile conservationalist Romulus Whitaker as he sets off on a remarkable hunt to find the last of the Supersize Crocs. Do these remarkable creatures still exist? Next, visit one of the sharkiest places on Earth in Sharkland, where 140 different species of sharks, many of them normally found oceans apart, live side-by-side. Oscar-winner F. Murray Abraham narrates both programs.

Disc 3: Leopards and Lions - Four perilous years in the making, Silent Roar: Searching for the Snow Leopard is the first documentary to capture close-up footage of the beautiful, rugged, and mysterious snow leopard, the elusive big cat of the Himalayas. In Vanishing Lions, the king of the savannah is facing an uncertain future. Lion experts, farmers, and Masai herdsman explore solutions to the problems of saving lions and living with them.

Disc 4: Big Cats - In Chasing Big Cats, wildlife filmmakers Owen Newman and Amanda Barrett share their sensational footage and unforgettable stories from fourteen years of documenting big cats in their natural habitats. Discover the secrets of the jaguar's hidden world in Jaguar: Year of the Cat, the most complete, compelling, and intimate portrait of the most powerful jungle cat in the Americas ever recorded.

Disc 5: Reptiles - Alligators and Crocodiles inspire fear in all who cross their paths. Their size, strength and hunting skills have made them among the most successful predators in the animal kingdom for more than 200 million years. Bonus Program: Turtles and Tortoises is an entertaining and informative portrait of two of the slowest-moving and longest-surviving animals on the planet.

Disc 6: Raptor Force - Take off with the biggest, fastest, and deadliest things on wings! Birds of prey are an elite group of fliers that are the envy of every human air force. Their targeting skills, cunning battle tactics, and nimbleness on the wing are unmatched by any machine. Miniature cameras mounted on large hawks as they soar and dive reveal the secrets of nature's aerial killing machines!
